Q. What happens when someone calls for franchise info?

A. Our goal is to respond within the hour if possible, we will either talk with them when the call is received or return their voicemail within 24 hours.

Q. Do you have a formal sales process?

A. Yes. Based on our franchise knowledge and our franchise sales experience, we will implement traceable and measurable sales process. The sales process will consist of no less than 10 points of contact. The points of contact include branded emails, industry power point with stats, client emails, client application review, and UFDD Document review prior to Discovery Days.

Q. What kind of communication and reports will I receive?

A. We expect to have very frequent phone and email conversations. The franchise status progress report will be updated and sent to you every week. This report details where each prospect is in the process.

Q. What is the typical length of time it takes a prospect to move forward?

A. The sales process we implement will have a 60-75 day timeline to move a prospective franchisee through the process. As in other aspects of life, this is our goal, but the prospective franchisee can move much slower. The other variable that extends this timeline is franchisee financing.

Q. Do you help franchisees find finance options?

A. Absolutely! Part of our responsibility as a franchise sales organization is to help the franchisee obtain suitable financing for the new business. We have relationships with leasing companies, SBA Lenders, and 401K roll-over procedures.

Q. How do you get to know my concept?

A. Your franchise brand manager will visit you and your concept, see your operations, and meet your team. We will understand all aspects of your brand.

Q. Do you complete the franchise sale including attending Discovery Day?

A. We handle every aspect of the sale from lead inquiry through the sales process all the way through attending the Discovery Day and signature of the documents.

Q. Why do I need to worry about legal compliance; the document was drafted by an attorney?

A. In the franchise world, there are 23 filing and registration states, and disclosures in these states require compliance. A franchise disclosure document has to be updated every year including financials and modifications to the document. (Remember this document was written to give the prospective franchisee an accurate picture of the company.)

Q. What if we need to make a modification to the FDD or draw an addendum?
